DESCRIPTION:HN Collective is a vibrant new dance academy\, dedicated to inspiring creativity & confidence.\nCommencing 21st January 2026\n\nFollowing the huge success of the December Taster Classes HN Collective will be taking over The Basement on Wednesday evenings for 3 fantastic street dance classes!\n\n\n\n\nEach class will get your body moving\, you’ll learn new choreography\, put together movements and practice routines…all whist listening to fantastic music in a venue with club vibes!\n\n\n\n\nSchool years:\n\n\nYears 4-6: 4:45pm-5:45pm\nYears 7-11: 6:00pm-6:45pm – this class is FREE!\nOpen house: 7:00-8:00pm – this class is for all ages!  Who said street dance was just for the kids\, whether you are 19 or 90 you’ll be welcome here.\n\n\n\nFor booking information please message Hannah  HERE\n\n  \nWhat do I need to know? \n\nWho is The Basement for?\nThe Basement isn’t just another youth centre – it’s the space you asked for\, designed by you\, built for you. The space is primarily for 11-18 year olds. Your basement. Your rules. Your future starts here.\n\nI need dropping off in a car. Where?\nThe Basement is in Trengrouse Way pay and display car park. \n\n\nDo I have to book?\nWe have a limited capacity and booking means we can guarantee you a space. \n\n\nWhat is access like?\nWe have level\, step-free access from the car park into the building as well as accessible toilets. DESCRIPTION:Helston Sing Choir\nLive Concert\nWednesday 10th June | 7pm\nPURCHASE TICKETS HERE\nHelston’s community choir takes to the lakeside for a feel-good summer evening concert! Sing Choir – Cornwall’s largest independent community choir – brings together voices from across the community for an uplifting performance by the water. \nWith a repertoire spanning contemporary pop and rock all the way back to 60s classics and everything in between\, all performed with live accompaniment\, this is a concert guaranteed to get you smiling\, swaying and singing along. \nThe Helston branch of Sing Choir is part of a vibrant singing community with over 170 members across Falmouth\, Helston and Truro – and this lakeside concert is a chance to hear them in full voice. \nBring a blanket\, pack a picnic\, and settle in for a lovely evening of live music in the park. \nEvent-Specific Information \n\nSuitable for all ages.\nThis is a ticketed event that requires pre-booking.\nBring your own chairs and/or blankets.\n\nFlexible Ticket Prices \nThe South Kerrier Alliance CIC own and run Coronation Park for the “benefit of the residents of Helston and The Lizard” and we want everyone to be able to enjoy our events. To try and make our events as accessible as possible\, we are offering various ticket prices for this event and a free ticket draw. Please book the ticket that reflects what you can afford right now. You won’t be asked any questions and your ticket options won’t be shared with anyone. \n\n\n£14 Supporter Ticket\nThis ticket includes a donation to support South Kerrier Alliance CIC’s work. \n\n\n\n\n£10 Just a Ticket\nThis ticket covers our core costs of the event. \n\n\n\n\n£8 Helping You Ticket\nIf you can only afford this ticket right now\, that’s not a problem. \n\n\n\n\n£5 Under 16 Ticket \n\n\n\n\n£0 Event Ticket Draw\nIf you cannot afford a ticket right now please enter our free ticket draw here. We will give away as many tickets as we are able to and we will inform you if you have won tickets a minimum of three days before the event. \n\n\nWhat do I need to know? \n\nThis open-air event takes place in Events Square\, directly outside Lakeside Cafe at Coronation Park\, Helston\, TR13 0RA.\nPlease bring your own chairs and/or blankets. Seating is not provided.\nA licensed bar will be selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks.\nOutdoor events will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions\, so please dress for the Cornish weather and bring a coat. Please don’t bring umbrellas as they block the view for other audience members.\nThere is a small pay and display car park at Coronation Park — all proceeds support the running of the park. There is a larger pay and display car park at Castle Green. Free parking is available at the nearby Fairground car park.\nThere is level access to Coronation Park and Events Square. If you have any additional access needs that you’d like to discuss with us\, please email Guy at guy@lovehelston.co.uk.\nThere are accessible toilets at the rear of Lakeside Cafe.\nUnfortunately\, dogs are not permitted at events.\nEvents may be filmed or photographed and the material may be used by the South Kerrier Alliance CIC and its partner companies/organisations for evaluation\, promotion or other projects. Please make sure everyone in your party is aware of this.\nTickets are non-refundable.
