World-renowned explorer Jeremiah Johnson has handed the running of his animal collection over to his inexperienced nephew Craig… and things don’t quite go as planned. \nExpect performing fleas\, skateboarding snails\, gymnastic gerbils\, irritable alligators\, over-excited elephants\, and a very intelligent orang-utan – all brought to life through Craig Johnson’s brilliant puppetry\, storytelling\, comedy and live music. You’ll learn amazing facts about how animals evolved and how their adaptations help them survive in the wild. After all\, we’re all related if you go back far enough! \nSquashbox Theatre’s shows are a much-loved fixture of the Coronation Park summer programme. A former member of Cornwall’s renowned Kneehigh Theatre\, Craig combines natural history\, slapstick and a gently subversive sense of humour that delights adults just as much as children. Don’t miss one of Cornwall’s finest one-man puppet shows! \nSupport free events at Coronation Park \nThis year\, over 60% of our events at Coronation Park are completely free. DESCRIPTION:FREE Yoga in Coronation Park\nwith Kirsty\nA South Kerrier Alliance Funded Project\nMultiple Dates starting Sunday 7th June until Sunday 6th September (NOTE:  No yoga on Sunday 28th June)\nYoga is beneficial for both the body and mind\, offering a range of physical and mental health advantages.  It enhances flexibility\, strength and balance\, while also promoting stress relief and improved mental well-being. Regular practice can lead to better sleep\, reduced anxiety\, and improved mood.  \nThe South Kerrier Alliance CIC own and run Coronation Park for the “benefit of the residents of Helston and The Lizard” and we want everyone to be able to enjoy our events. \nThe series of Yoga sessions in Coronation Park is being funded by South Kerrier Alliance CIC.  If you would like to support more free yoga sessions in the park and other events you can donate via this link Donate Here\n🧘 Yoga at Coronation Park – Everything You Need to Know\nWho can take part?We welcome everyone — from total beginners to experienced yogis! Kirsty\, our qualified and experienced instructor\, is great at leading mixed-ability sessions. It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time. \nHowever\, please note: \n\n\nIf you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. \n\n\nIf you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Yoga in the Park. \n\n\nKirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. \n\n\nYoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk. \n\nDo I need to book?No booking needed — just turn up! Please arrive on time as important safety info and the warm-up happen at the start. Latecomers won’t be able to join the session. \n\nAre families welcome?Yes! Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer\, who should stay nearby at all times. The space is primarily for 11-18 year olds. Your basement. Your rules. Your future starts here.\n\nI need dropping off in a car. Where?\nThe Basement is in Trengrouse Way pay and display car park. \n\n\nDo I have to book?No simply turn up and get creative! \n\n\nWhat is access like?\nWe have level\, step-free access from the car park into the building as well as accessible toilets.
