Meet Your Future Bandmates!\n \nYou can play your instrument. You’ve learned some songs. You practice in your bedroom. But have you ever played in an actual band?\nThis is your chance to meet other young musicians\, form a band\, learn a song together\, and perform it live—all in just three days. \nWhat Happens Over the 3 Days? \n🤝 DAY 1: Meet Your Band (Tuesday) \nFIRST: Get to know everyone through icebreakers and a casual jam session. We’ll figure out who plays what and at what level\, then split into bands\, duos\, or trios based on your skills and musical tastes. \nTHEN: Your band chooses a song YOU want to learn (within your genre—rock\, pop\, indie\, whatever your groove is). Start working on it together and getting the basics down. \nThis is where the magic starts—strangers become bandmates. \n🎸 DAY 2: Make It Sound Good (Wednesday) \nPRACTICE\, practice\, practice. Get your song tight and performance-ready with guidance and support throughout the day. DESCRIPTION:Find Your Winter Warmth Through Yoga ❄️🧘‍♀️ \n4 weeks of FREE Yoga on a Sunday morning at The Old Cattle Market  \nAs the winter chill sets in and the days grow shorter\, it’s easy to slip into hibernation mode — curling up under blankets and reaching for comfort food. But what if there were a way to stay warm\, energised\, and uplifted all season long?   Yoga is the answer. \nWinter’s cold and grey days can leave us feeling sluggish or low on motivation\, but yoga offers the perfect antidote. A regular practice helps to boost circulation\, strengthen your immune system\, and lift your mood — keeping both body and mind in balance through the darker months. \nSo instead of slowing down completely this winter\, roll out your mat and join us for some grounding\, heart-warming sessions. You’ll leave feeling recharged\, centred\, and ready to embrace the season with calm energy and vitality. \n✨ Stay warm. Stay well. Kirsty\, our qualified and experienced instructor\, is great at leading mixed-ability sessions. It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time.  However\, please note: If you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. If you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Winter Wellness Yoga.  Kirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. Yoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk.\nDo I need to book?No booking needed — just turn up! Please arrive on time as important safety info and the warm-up happen at the start. Latecomers won’t be able to join the session.\nAre families welcome?Yes! Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer\, who should stay nearby at all times. Parents/carers are fully responsible for their children during the session.\nWhat should I bring?A yoga mat (or towel/blanket if you don’t have one).  A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.  Water and anything else to help you feel comfortable.\nWhat should I wear?Anything comfy that you can move and stretch in!\nCancellationsCheck the Old Cattle Market Facebook page — cancellations will be announced at least 1 hour before the session.\nParkingSmall pay & display car park at Coronation Park (proceeds support the park).  Larger car park at Castle Green.  Free parking nearby at Fairground car park.\n\nOther FAQsDogs are not permitted at yoga sessions.Events may be filmed/photographed and used by South Kerrier Alliance CIC or partners for promotion/evaluation. Attendees are responsible for informing their group.

Learn proper technique\, build your confidence\, and progress at your own pace in a supportive environment. \nWhat’s Happening: \nIndoor ramps – skate whatever the weather\nExpert tuition from Coach Frank\nDrop-in format – come and go as you like\nAll skill levels welcome\nGet tips on technique\, safety\, and progressing your skills \nNo need to book ahead – just turn up with your board and helmet\, and Coach Frank will help you take your skating to the next level. Perfect whether you’re finding your feet or ready to push your limits. \nWhat do I need to know? \n\nBring your own board and safety gear if you have it.
