Chat with local charities and learn about the incredible work being done by: \n\n\nPorthleven Harbour Hedgies \n\n\nBritish Divers Marine Life Rescue \n\n\nThe Wildlife Trusts \n\n\n🎨 Plus\, enjoy face painting with wild and wonderful designs — perfect for kids (and the young at heart)! \n💚 While the event is free\, we kindly encourage donations to support these brilliant wildlife charities. Bring some pennies to make a big difference! \n\n\n\n\nWhat do I need to know? \n\nLakeside Cafe will be open\, serving a range of hot and cold drinks\, snacks and meals.\nThis event takes place in a circus tent in Coronation Park \, beside Lakeside Cafe at Coronation Park\, Helston\, TR13 0RA.\nThere is a small pay and display car park at Coronation Park\, proceeds from the car park supports the running of Coronation Park. There is a larger Cornwall Council pay and display car park at Castle Green. Free parking is available at the nearby Fairground car park.\nThere is level access to Coronation Park and Events Square.\nThere are accessible toilets at the rear of Lakeside Cafe.\nEvents may be filmed or photographed and the material may be used by the South Kerrier Alliance CIC and it’s partner companies/organisations at any time for evaluation\, promotion or other projects. Please be aware that it is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to inform members of their party that this will be happening.

Organised by Helston Town Council\, this free afternoon at Coronation Park celebrates our local LGBTQIA+ community with live music\, free crafting\, local acts and support groups. \nEveryone is invited. \nThis is Helston Town Council’s annual celebration of pride\, community and togetherness – a day for everyone to come together and show that Helston is a place where everyone is welcome. \nBring a picnic\, grab a coffee from Lakeside Cafe\, and enjoy an afternoon of music\, creativity and connection by the lake. \nWhether you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community\, an ally\, or just looking for a lovely afternoon in the park with your family\, Helston Picnic Pride is for you. \nEvent-Specific Information \n\nSuitable for all ages. Everyone is welcome.\nThis is a free event organised by Helston Town Council. No booking required — just turn up!\nFree crafting activities available.\nSupport groups and community organisations will be present.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat do I need to know? \n\nThis open-air event takes place in Events Square\, directly outside Lakeside Cafe at Coronation Park\, Helston\, TR13 0RA.\nPlease bring your own chairs and/or blankets. Seating is not provided.\nLakeside Cafe will be open serving hot and cold drinks\, ice creams\, cakes and a range of family-friendly meals.\nOutdoor events will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions\, so please dress for the Cornish weather and bring a coat.\nThere is a small pay and display car park at Coronation Park — all proceeds support the running of the park. There is a larger pay and display car park at Castle Green. Free parking is available at the nearby Fairground car park.\nThere is level access to Coronation Park and Events Square.
