Tina was recently diagnosed with ADHD\, and highballs are her escape from an overactive mind. It combines traditional yoga with an understanding of women’s unique health needs\, hormonal cycles\, and life stages — from menstruation to menopause and beyond. \nThrough mindful movement\, breathwork\, and deep relaxation\, this practice supports hormonal balance\, eases discomfort\, reduces stress\, and builds self-confidence. Kirsty\, our qualified and experienced instructor\, is great at leading mixed-ability sessions. It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time.  However\, please note: If you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. If you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Winter Wellness Yoga.  Kirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. Yoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk.\nDo I need to book?Yes – please follow the link above to book tickets for this event.\nAre families welcome?Although we welcome children at our events we ask that any  children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or carer\, who should stay nearby at all times. But have you ever played in an actual band?\nThis is your chance to meet other young musicians\, form a band\, learn a song together\, and perform it live—all in just three days. \nWhat Happens Over the 3 Days? \n🤝 DAY 1: Meet Your Band (Tuesday) \nFIRST: Get to know everyone through icebreakers and a casual jam session. We’ll figure out who plays what and at what level\, then split into bands\, duos\, or trios based on your skills and musical tastes. \nTHEN: Your band chooses a song YOU want to learn (within your genre—rock\, pop\, indie\, whatever your groove is).
