Kirsty\, our qualified and experienced instructor\, is great at leading mixed-ability sessions. It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time. \nHowever\, please note: \n\n\nIf you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. \n\n\nIf you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Yoga in the Park. \n\n\nKirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. \n\n\nYoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk. \n\nDo I need to book?No booking needed — just turn up! Please arrive on time as important safety info and the warm-up happen at the start. Latecomers won’t be able to join the session. \n\nAre families welcome?Yes! Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer\, who should stay nearby at all times. Whether you’ve never touched a deck before or you’re already mixing at home\, this session is for you. \nWhat’s Happening: \n\n6:00 pm – 8:00pm: Drop-in DJ workshop with Natalie\nAll abilities welcome – complete beginners to experienced DJs\nShare your favourite tunes and get tips on mixing and technique\nTry out professional equipment in a supportive environment\n8:00pm – 9:00pm: Live DJ set from Amplify pro students\nHear what’s possible and get inspired by students who’ve been through the programme\n\nNo pressure\, no judgement – just come along\, have a go\, share your music taste\, and see if DJing is for you.
