Or perhaps you’re looking for a new way to support your training\, recovery and overall wellbeing? \nJoin us for a 120-minute Men’s Strength & Stretch Yoga Taster Session\, designed specifically with men in mind. \nLed by experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher Kirsty\, who has over a decade of teaching experience and has practised yoga since the age of 14\, you’ll be guided by an instructor who has trained with the renowned Iyengar family\, including at the world-famous Iyengar Institute in Pune\, India.
