It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time.  However\, please note: If you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. If you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Winter Wellness Yoga.  Kirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. Yoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk.\nDo I need to book?No booking needed — just turn up! Please arrive on time as important safety info and the warm-up happen at the start. Latecomers won’t be able to join the session.\nAre families welcome?Yes! Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer\, who should stay nearby at all times. Known for her welcoming teaching style and expert knowledge of movement and alignment\, Kirsty makes yoga accessible\, enjoyable and beneficial for everyone—whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of training behind you. \nThis practical\, accessible session combines strength\, mobility\, mindful movement and breathwork to help you move with greater ease\, release tension and leave feeling rested\, re-energised and refuelled. \n💪 What to expect \n\nBeginner friendly – no previous yoga experience required.\nStrength & mobility – build functional strength while improving flexibility and movement.\nTargeted mobility – focus on tight hamstrings\, hips and shoulders\, areas often affected by weightlifting\, running\, sport or long hours at a desk.\nBreathwork & relaxation – learn simple techniques to help manage everyday stress\, calm the mind and support better sleep.\nRecovery & performance – complement your existing fitness routine while helping to ease muscle tension and support recovery.\nMove at your own pace – accessible options and variations will be offered throughout the session.\n\nWhether you’re completely new to yoga\, returning after a break\, or simply looking for something to complement your current training\, you’ll be made very welcome. \nYou’ll have the opportunity to slow down\, switch off from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with your body.
