But what if there were a way to stay warm\, energised\, and uplifted all season long?   Yoga is the answer. \nWinter’s cold and grey days can leave us feeling sluggish or low on motivation\, but yoga offers the perfect antidote. A regular practice helps to boost circulation\, strengthen your immune system\, and lift your mood — keeping both body and mind in balance through the darker months. \nSo instead of slowing down completely this winter\, roll out your mat and join us for some grounding\, heart-warming sessions. It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time.  However\, please note: If you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. If you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Winter Wellness Yoga.  Kirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. Yoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk.\nDo I need to book?No booking needed — just turn up! Please arrive on time as important safety info and the warm-up happen at the start. Latecomers won’t be able to join the session.\nAre families welcome?Yes! Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer\, who should stay nearby at all times. Or perhaps you’re looking for a new way to support your training\, recovery and overall wellbeing? \nJoin us for a 120-minute Men’s Strength & Stretch Yoga Taster Session\, designed specifically with men in mind. \nLed by experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher Kirsty\, who has over a decade of teaching experience and has practised yoga since the age of 14\, you’ll be guided by an instructor who has trained with the renowned Iyengar family\, including at the world-famous Iyengar Institute in Pune\, India.
