Calling all T-Birds and Pink Ladies! Get ready for the one that you want this summer with our electrifying open-air cinema screening of the timeless musical classic, Grease!

Transport yourself back to Rydell High for a night of hand-jiving, summer lovin’, and unforgettable songs under the stars. From “Greased Lightnin'” to “You’re the One That I Want,” this iconic film continues to capture hearts with its irresistible energy and nostalgic charm.

But your night of entertainment does more than just create memories for you – by purchasing tickets to our Grease screening, you’re directly supporting our free Moana 2 showing for local children and families. Your attendance helps ensure that everyone in our community, regardless of financial circumstances, can experience the magic of cinema.

With a range of affordable ticket options available, you can choose how you’d like to enjoy this classic while making a meaningful difference. Every ticket sold helps a child experience the wonder of movies on the big screen at no cost to their family.

Bring your blankets and folding chairs, pack a picnic or visit our bar, and settle in for a night of feel-good fun with a purpose. Grab your favorite leather jacket or poodle skirt for an optional dress-up that adds to the atmosphere!

Flexible Ticket Prices for Events

The South Kerrier Alliance CIC own and run Coronation Park for the “benefit of the residents of Helston and The Lizard” and we want everyone to be able to enjoy our events. To try and make our events as accessible as possible, we are offering various ticket prices for this event and a free ticket draw. Please book the ticket that reflects what you can afford right now. You won’t be asked any questions and your ticket options won’t be shared with anyone.

If you cannot afford a ticket right now please enter our free ticket draw. We will give away as many tickets as we are able to and we will inform you if you have won tickets a minimum of three days before the event. To enter the ticket draw please click here.

What do I need to know?

• Please bring your own chairs and/or blankets for this event. Seating is not provided.
• A licensed bar will be selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks.
• This open-air event takes place in Events Square, directly outside Lakeside Cafe at Coronation Park, Helston, TR13 0RA.
• Outdoor events will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, so please bring a coat (but not an umbrella as it blocks the view of other audience members).
• There is a small pay and display car park at Coronation Park, proceeds from the car park supports the running of Coronation Park. There is a larger Cornwall Council pay and display car park at Castle Green. Free parking is available at the nearby Fairground car park.
• There is level access to Coronation Park and Events Square. If you have any additional access needs that you’d like to discuss with us please email Guy on guy@theoldcattlemarket.co.uk.
• There are accessible toilets at the rear of Lakeside Cafe.
• Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at events.
• Events may be filmed or photographed and the material may be used by the South Kerrier Alliance CIC and it’s partner companies/organisations at any time for evaluation, promotion or other projects. Please be aware that it is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to inform members of their party that this will be happening.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
